SPECIAL LONG STAY RATES start at  10,000 – 45,000 Baht per month. (depend upon the type of room)

General Conditions :

  1. All rates are quoted net in Thai Baht per room per night, inclusive of service charge and all applicable taxes.
  2. Maximum 2 persons in a room, extra person Baht 650.-  will be charged per night.
  3. A child less than 12 years of age sharing room with parents are free of charge (maximum 1 child per room)
  4. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional conditions for Long Stay

  • Cleaning service included.
  • Room deposit of 5,000 Baht plus one month rent is required upon check in.
  • Room deposit is refundable after check-out; however, the deposit cannot be transferred as the rent.
  • Water charged 400 Baht per month.
  • Electricity charged 6 baht per unit of consumption
